babidiba NFT Operation Policy

The following operation policy contains the policy regarding service operation of babidiba NFT, which develops and operates services by Cultiplan (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and matters to be observed by users. The company provides services in accordance with this operating policy. If you do not comply with this operation policy, the use of the service may be restricted, so please be sure to read it.

 

Terms not defined in this operating policy have their respective meanings in the babidiba NFT Terms of Service.

 

The company may revise this operation policy to improve the service. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the babidiba NFT Terms of Service.

1. Definition of service

① babidiba NFT is a platform that Cultiplan Co., Ltd. can issue and distribute NFTs.

② babidiba NFT operates normally in the environment where Metamask is installed.

③ To register as a babidiba NFT user, you need a Metamask wallet, and we do not collect personal information of users except for the nickname, introduction, and email address entered at the time of application.

④ The behavior of the user while using the service is verified through the electronic wallet and account information created at the time of membership registration.

 

2. Service use

① market

I. Users can check NFTs issued and created by babidiba.

II. You can access the product detail page by selecting the product you have checked in the market.

III. You can purchase products from the product detail page.

IV. You can check the product by its name, creation date, price, etc. through its own search.

V. You can check the products sold at full price, editions, and products sold at auction.

 

② From the product detail page

me. You can check the issuer of the product.

II. You can check the issue date of the product.

III. You can check the selling price or auction price of a product.

IV. You can check the unique hash value of the product.

V. BscScan gives you access to the permalink of the product.

VI. You can see the final owner of the product.

 

③ Purchase of products sold at regular prices

I. You can purchase sold products at full price.

II. Users who have tokens corresponding to the network fee and product price in the Metamask wallet can purchase products.

III. Users can use the built-in service after purchasing the product.

 

④ Purchase of goods sold at auction price.

me. If you submit a bid that is higher than the auction price, you can buy the product sold at the auction price.

II. Users who have tokens corresponding to the price of the product in their Metamask wallet can bid on the product. There may be a fee for the final purchase of the product.

III. At the end of the auction for a product, the user who submitted the highest bid wins the product.

IV. You can use the built-in service after obtaining the product through a successful bid.

me. To purchase products, you can purchase NFT products after converting Bitcoin, Ethereum, and CTPL Coin to diba points.

II. diba Points can be used to purchase and resell products, and diba Points cannot be converted to convertible coins or fiat currency at this time.

me. You can check the products you have purchased.

II. You can check the transaction history.

III. You can set your profile picture using the image item you have.

IV. You can change your nickname and save it.

V. You can check the asset history including points.

VI. You can write and save your CV.

 

⑦ Send NFT

I. You can send NFT items to other users through your Metamask account.

II. Once you complete a request to transfer an NFT item, you cannot cancel that request.

III. If you send an NFT entry to the wrong address, it cannot be undone.
